If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

Jesus invites us from this weary, sin-riddled world to a place of true rest. This rest is only found in Him with promises we can trust. Paul declares this in Philippians 4:6-7, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Our Lord is calling …
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
